Thank you everyone for taking out the survey for your Favorite software Picks for Birthday celebrations Giveaways. I got much more response than I expected. The number of responses are more than my Survey account lets me have it and if I want to see the responses over my account limit, I need to upgrade. Now talk about some rules.

These giveaways will give more preferences to a forum member. Its like, a forum member will have 50% more chances of winning any particular giveaway. In simple terms, I will be putting a weightage of 150% for forum members compared to non forum members.

In more simpler terms, in deciding the winners I will put a non Forum member name twice and A forum member name thrice before I do the randomization for the winner selections.
